XLR Scissor Lift Raises Tool Cart to Improved Ergonomic Height

A major automobile manufacturer wanted to reduce risk of injuries and discomfort of their operator stations by elevating their tool carts to a more reachable and accessible height.

A hydraulic XLR pan-style scissor lift is designed with its ground-level loading capability.  A flip latch was added for safety measures – a photo eye indicates when the latch has been flipped over and in place before the lift can operate. Fixed guards have been added to protect other workers from walking up to active equipment.
