High Hinge Lift & Tilt for Dry Wall Application

High Hinge Tilter designed to meet working height of conveyor application for drywall panel offloading.

From their location in Sweetwater, TX. The U.S. Gypsum Corporation wanted to improve their standards for safety and efficiency for processing their wallboard panels. They wanted a solution to load stacks of drywall panels onto their conveyor system more easily.

Since the customer had a specific work height of 41” to align with their conveyor, our team of engineers knew to offload the stacks so the top of the tilt plate would perfectly meet the conveyor height, our High Hinge Tilter would be a great fit for the application.  The lowered height of 14” makes the lift easily accessible for the employees to load the stack of panels.  The lift travels to the required work height then tilts 22 degrees for sliding the panels off the lift and onto the conveyor.
